While we do not accept the Registration form On Line,
it can be filled out On Line
and then printed using your Browsers print button.
Our fall registration will be held open until
June 12th.
Please mail your registration form along with the parents code of conduct to
our post office box listed below.
Any registration forms post marked after June 12th will be placed
on our waiting list.
The registration fee is $35.00 for our U5 group (preschoolers) and $40.00
for all other levels.
We are still
in need of coaches and assistants for all our levels. If interested please
email us.
